Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bigscreen account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Electronics

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all remote controls, cables, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the shipping carton, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
